This policy explains what information Muscle Movers LLC ("we") collects through iemusclemovers.com and how we use it.
What we collect
- Estimate requests: your name, phone number, and, if you provide them, your email, moving date, pickup and destination cities or ZIP codes, the service you need, and any notes.
- Calls and texts: if you call or text us, we receive your phone number and anything you send, including photos.
- Visit information: how you found the site (for example, the name of an ad campaign) and which page you first landed on. If analytics is turned on, we also collect general usage data such as pages viewed, device type and approximate location. We do not send your name, phone number or email to analytics tools.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your request, prepare your quote, schedule and carry out your move, and understand which of our advertising and pages are working. We may call, text or email you about your estimate.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the website and handle requests, such as our website host (Cloudflare) and form processor (Formspree), and, if enabled, analytics providers such as Google. We may also disclose information when required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep estimate requests and customer records as long as needed to serve you and to meet business and legal requirements.
Your choices
You can ask us to stop contacting you, or to access, correct or delete your information, by emailing info@musclemovers.info or calling (909) 602-3882. California residents may have additional rights under California law.
